Brisbane Domestic
Airport
Our driver will meet you near your luggage carousel
in the Arrivals Area.
If your flight has arrived early or our driver
has not yet arrived at Brisbane airport, he will meet you at
the ground floor cafeteria.
Brisbane International Airport
Our driver will meet you near the Customs exit area.
If your flight has arrived early or our driver has not yet
arrived at Brisbane airport, he will meet you in the Arrivals
Lounge adjacent to the Traveller's Information Desk which is
approximately 15 metres from the Customs exit.
Col's Airport shuttle passengers are met INSIDE
airport terminals (NOT OUTSIDE at buses) with our drivers displaying
names on a yellow sign board.
INTERNATIONAL airport arrivals are met in the
arrivals hall in front of the TRAVELEX money exchange kiosk
located near the exit door.
DOMESTIC airport arrivals are met at designated
luggage carousels.
If you have not been located by your driver within
15 minutes of arriving at these pick up locations, please call
our office on 07 5450 5933.
LATE FLIGHTS - Should a flight be unreasonably
delayed or passengers are unable to be located within our scheduled
time frames, they will be placed on our next available service
at no extra cost. If we have no available services, the fare
will be refunded and passengers may arrange their own transport
with alternate airport services at their own expense.
CANCELLATION - Col's Airport Shuttle must be notified
of a cancellation 24 hours prior to the pickup of a passenger
for passengers to be eligible for a refund of the fare. If your
flight plans are altered please notify us immediately
DELAYS - Col's Airport Shuttle will not be held
responsible for delays incurred due to circumstances beyond
their control. We will make every effort to minimise delay.
BAGGAGE - Passengers are required to limit their
luggage to 2 suitcases per person. Please advise of any excess
baggage including surfboards/bikes when making your booking.
If Col's Airport Shuttle is not advised of excess baggage it
will only be carried at the discretion of the driver.
CONDUCT ON BOARD - Federal Transport Legislation
prohibits the consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs. Passengers
are also reminded that public transport is a smoke free area.
Col's Airport Shuttle reserves the right to request a passenger
or passengers to disembark from the bus if their conduct breaches
the above or is detrimental to other travellers.
All passengers are asked to reconfirm their pick-up
times after 2:00pm the day prior to travel on 07 5450 5933 or
