	We are a Brisbane airport - Sunshine Coast 7 days per week DOOR to DOOR* bus service providing friendly, professional, airport shuttle bus transfers between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

	Our Brisbane bus transfers depart Noosa on the Sunshine Coast every 1½ hours from 3:00am until 7:30pm, arriving at Brisbane Airport every 1½ hours from 5:10am. Our last bus from the Sunshine Coast arrives at 9:30pm and departs Brisbane at 10.30pm.

	EARLY bookings are encouraged. 'Last minute' bookings can also be taken as, usually, we will have a pre-scheduled bus trip that suits your Departure Time.

	Sunshine Coast to Brisbane Airport

	At the time of your initial booking, your approximate bus pick-up time on the Sunshine Coast is given which may then vary - usually by not more than 15 minutes before or after - owing to the route our Door to Door* service needs to take to each address.

	Our approximate arrival time at Brisbane airport is fixed. Bus pick-up times are adjusted to ensure this.

	Brisbane Airport to Sunshine Coast

	Flight arrival times can be unreliable, especially at peak times at Brisbane airport and so exact departure times are difficult to predict.

	If you are the only passenger/s to be met, our bus departs immediately.

	Passenger/s arriving on Brisbane airport Domestic Flights - please allow 30 minutes for landing and baggage collection.

	Passenger/s arriving on Brisbane airport International Flights - please allow 1 hour for landing, baggage collection, customs and immigration procedures.

MEETING POINTS

Col's Airport shuttle drivers wear yellow shirts and passengers are met INSIDE airport terminals (NOT OUTSIDE at buses) with our drivers displaying names on a sign board.

INTERNATIONAL airport arrivals are met at 'The Coffee Club' in the main arrivals hall.

DOMESTIC airport arrivals are met at your airline's luggage carousel.

CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

Passengers will be transported by Cols Airport Shuttle upon the Terms and Conditions set out below.

1. Cols Airport Shuttle is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse carriage of any person, baggage or goods on any service and to remove any person from any service without having to give any reason therefore.

2. Cols Airport Shuttle shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, injury, death or accident suffered or sustained by the passenger or to the property of the passenger, or for any loss or expense arising out of or resulting directly, incidentally or consequentially from any act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever, howsover arising (and whether or beyond the control of Cols Airport Shuttle) including but without limiting the foregoing defects or breakdown in the vehicle used for the service, acts of God, acts of government or other competent authorities, strikes, thefts, delays, cancellation or variation in or to the service to be provided by or contemplated hereunder. Cols Airport Shuttle shall not be or become liable or responsible for any cost and expense or additional accomodation or sustained by the passenger and the passenger expressly acknowledges and agrees that all such liability, losses and expenses as aforesaid shall be the responsibility of and at the risk of the passenger.

3. Cols Airport Shuttle reserves the right to cancel this service or to alter or substitute routes, timetables, itineraries, schedules, carriers and accommodation reserved (if any) in any way that it considers necessary or desirable.

4. Refunds will be made at the discretion of the company who at all times reserves the right to charge cancellation fees and booking fees.

5. All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the time of travel.

6. No refund will be made if the person or persons named as passengers do not appear on the time and date of travel as arranged.



		Firm bus bookings can be made on-line up to 48 hours prior to Pick Up time.
		If more information is required before placing a Firm booking, 72 hours notice is advised.
